Please fill in the information sheet and submit it to us. We will send you confirmation that the person entered here is on our waiting list. Please note you will need to have a doctors report and fill in a contract prior to acceptance for admission into Finch Haven Retirement Home.

We advise that you contact us every three to six months for an update if you are waiting for a room and annually if you are waiting for a cottage.
