Cottages At Finch Haven

 

Finch Haven has seven one bedroom cottages. The cottages are purchased on a life rights basis. They  range in size from 48 to 55 square meters and consist of a double bedroom, lounge, kitchenette and bathroom.

 

The basic levy payable by cottage

residents includes the following:

Full laundry service, water, rates and

electricity.  

 

Cleaning service once p/week.

Exterior maintenance, garden, security.

Emergency call out 24 hours.

Daily visit by staff nurse on duty.

The levy amount is currently set at  

R2,860.00 p/m.
